Smokey Valley  has been in operation since 1976.  
We enjoy exhibiting our small Micro/Mini Cattle, both the Micro/Miniature Zebu and the Miniature Polled Hereford Cattle. Here at Smokey Valley we are proving the quality of all our registered stock by showing / exhibiting them, so all can enjoy their quality type and temperament, the public so enjoys seeing these unusual breeds. And as always we are committed breeders or quality small cattle as per their breed standards.
We are known world wide for our superior animals, both in our Miniature Aussie Dogs and now our Micro/Miniature Zebu and Miniature Polled Hereford Cattle.
Rick and Michelle Shannon have over 45 years of experience and are passionate about exceeding your expectations.
Both of us were born and raised on a farm so have our whole lives of experience in animal husbandry and care. Resulting in the environment that is essential for good health and long lives in our livestock.  We have found the Micro/Miniature Zebu and the Miniature Polled Herefords here at Smokey Valley to be easy keepers and easy care with a life span average of 18 to 22+ years as a breed and we do all we can to promote a long and healthy life for our cattle.
Our goal is to produce both quality and superior breed type as well as a superior customer experience and value.
